Christopher Paul Mesaros
Christopher Paul Mesaros has a vast background of jury trial experience in diverse fields. His courtroom success has resulted in numerous verdicts in complex actions involving negligence, automobile accidents, slip and falls, product defects, property damage, contracts and express and implied indemnity.
Christopher's areas of expertise include serious personal injury, wrongful death, complex business disputes, corporate fraud, insurance bad faith, products liability, faulty road design, and general negligence.
Christopher has been practicing law in Los Angeles for ten years and is a well-known figure in Southern California legal circles. In 2008, 2009 and again in 2010 Christopher was selected as a “Rising Star" in Southern California by Los Angeles magazine's Super Lawyers publication. This prestigious award is presented to only 2.5% of lawyers under age 40 who have demonstrated outstanding accomplishments in their area of practice.
Christopher has continued his participation and contribution to consumer rights as a member of CAALA and the Beverly Hills Bar Associations.
Christopher is a graduate of University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He began his legal career clerking for an asbestos litigation firm in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Thereafter, he externed with the Honorable Malcolm Muir, in the United Stated District Court for the Middle District of the state of Pennsylvania. He then worked as an insurance defense lawyer, handling a wide variety of personal injury and property damage cases throughout the years.
Christopher left defense work for a solo practice representing injured individuals in major personal injury lawsuits, and with an understanding of how the defense evaluates and litigates cases, has been extremely successful representing plaintiffs and those injured by the carelessness of others.
